The liquidation procedure of Joint Stock Company “UKRAINIAN CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT BANK" (hereinafter – JSC “UKRCONSTINVESTBANK") has been started for a period of three years from October 6, 2023 to October 5, 2026 inclusive.
The Deposit Guarantee Fund (hereinafter – the DGF) appointed Mr. Vitalii V. Palamarchuk, Lead Asset Management and Bank Liquidation Specialist of the Bank Liquidation Procedures Division, DGF Bank Liquidation Department, as an authorized officer for a period of three years from October 6, 2023 to October 5, 2026 inclusive, and delegated to him all powers of JSC “UKRCONSTINVESTBANK" liquidator, defined by the Law of Ukraine on the Household Deposit Guarantee Scheme (hereinafter – the Law), in particular, Articles 37, 38, 47-52, 521, 53 of the Law, including the right to sign any agreements related to the sale of the bank`s assets in the manner specified by the Law, except for organizing the asset sales and filing claims and lawsuits seeking the damages specified in paragraphs 5 and 10 of Article 52 of the Law.

Information on the creditors’ claims acceptance terms will be announced later on the DGF website and Facebook. Creditors` claims will be satisfied at the expense of the funds received as a result of the liquidation procedure and sale of the bank`s property (assets), in the order provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 52 of the Law.
The liquidation procedure was started based on the National Bank of Ukraine Board Resolution dated October 5, 2023 No 350-рш on Revocation of the Banking License and Liquidation of Joint Stock Company “UKRAINIAN CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT BANK" and Decision of the DGF Executive Board dated October 5, 2023, No. 1235 on Commencement of the Liquidation Procedure of JSC “UKRCONSTINVESTBANK” and Delegation of Powers of the Bank Liquidator.
